The Microtech Ultratech was the first OTF knife produced by Microtech Knives. The 3.4″ blade is available with various finishes, edges, and shapes. The Ultratech has a 5″ anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle with pocket clip, glass breaker and stainless steel hardware. The Ultratech is a dual action OTF using a thumb slide for deployment and retraction. As the flagship model of the Microtech OTF lineup, the Ultratech sets the standard for Out-The-Front technology. Proprietary design allows the firing spring to be at rest in both the open and closed positions, which reduces wear on the internal mechanisms. The contoured chassis provides a lighter and more ergonomic feel and comes in a many finishes.
