The rounded handle shape, pronounced finger choil, and broad blade profile give the Pork Chop its own personality while retaining the practical design elements of its larger counterpart.

The Sandvik 14C28N blade rides on steel ball bearings for smooth deployment using the anodized aluminum thumb stud, while an ambidextrous crossbar lock provides convenient operation for either hand.
