The Zero Tolerance 0640 is a collaboration with knife maker Ernest Emerson. It features a two-tone CPM-20CV stainless steel blade with satin grinds and stonewashed flats. The handle is green and black carbon fiber on titanium scales. The blade is opened by a  thumb disk and rides on  phosphor bronze washers. It can also be opened as a front flipper. A tip-up, reversible pocket clip completes the package.
