Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return period. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Just return the new, unused, and uncarried item in its original, undamaged packaging along with all original manufacturers packaging and paperwork. Labels attached to manufacturer’s packaging will not be accepted, and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Contact us for any questions about your return.

Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost at DNK Knives?
You get free shipping if your order is over $50! For orders less than $50, you can pay a flat rate fee of $5.00 for Standard Ground.

What shipping carrier does DNK Knives use?
We use both USPS as well as UPS.

Do you accept walk-ins?
DNK Knives is located in Cave Creek, Arizona. If you are in the area, please stop in during business hours and check out our store front! We accept cash for walk-in customers.

When will DNK Knives ship my order?
We understand how excited you are about receiving your new knife or gears order, which is why we offer same day shipping on orders placed before 3:00pm Phoenix time during business hours. We will update you right away with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We do not ship orders on federal holidays or on Monday when we’re closed.

Potential Shipping Delays
DNK Knives is closed on Mondays and on all Federal Holidays. Orders placed on a Federal Holiday will ship the next business days.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, this may cause a shipping delay.
  • Product Customization: If you opt in for product customization such as engraving, this will impact your shipment date.
  • Address Verification: In some cases, we may need to verify your billing or shipping address which may effect your shipment date.
  • Payment failure: In the even your payment does not go through, this may be caused by something on our end – such as our fraud detection system. This may also be caused by something on the customer end such an an incorrect billing address or insufficient funds. In any situation, we thank you for your patience while we resolve the issue.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
